Apophysis On Mac Version 1.1 - Tiger

So, here you go. Basically, this is just a launcher for Wine, pointed straight at Apophysis. This is the 3D hack, but it can be replaced by any version you like, by going to ~/Library/Application Resources/ApoMac/Apophysis/ and replacing the Apophysis.exe with another version. For me, this version worked best, though.

You need an Intel Mac (MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, recent Mac Minis, and recent iMacs) with X11 installed to use this. There's unfortunately, no easy way to get it to work on PowerPC Macs. I don't think there's even a hard way. Sorry to PowerPC users, there's nothing I can do. Or maybe there is? Find something, and I'll sure as hell try.

Good luck, have fun, and please comment if it doesn't work for you. I've been known to make mistakes.

Oh, note me if you use, and please favourite if you make artwork.

THIS VERSION IS FOR TIGER USERS.
This will also work on Leopard, but it's larger, and it's slightly slower.

Issues on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 - App opens if properly in Apps folder, and X11 opens- Just takes forever to open! Trying it now- Very slow. Nice job- Looks promising!

I've tried both Tiger and Leopard, but when I download it and try to open it, it says that there's no such directory or file.

I have tired both, the tiger and leopard one, but none works. I did move it to application but it wont work either, it tells me the same thing over and over that there is no file or directory, Im new to Mac, please help!

I'm Downloading now at school. (AI-C) I totally hope this works, I've been wondering if i could do Apo work while bored at school on the macs and Now if i put it on my external HD i hope i can get it to work. I'll let you know/ show work if i can get it to work.
